We had a conversation on The Hard Shoulder yesterday around schools needing to record all bullying incidents that occur in their schools.
Bullying is a common phenomenon in schools, and we would never want our kids to be bullied, however for some parents their kids might be the bully. Why does this occur and what can you do to address this issue as a parent.
