P - Past and Present Hurts
O- Obligations
N- Needs
D - Desires
E - Expectations
R - Responsibilities.
We’ll break down each letter and ponder on what we’re currently telling ourselves versus the truth we need to hear! I encourage you to grab a pen and paper and take some time to ponder your own reality and ask God to reveal his truths to you!
