Aaron Spencer, a 36 year old Arkansas father was arrested this month on one preliminary charge of first-degree murder after he shot and killed a man who was actively in the process of kidnapping his 14 year old daughter. Is he a hero or a criminal? Was it self defense or is he a vigilante? I have some thoughts on this case, and I'm betting you will too.
