Bringing back our Tres Leches series to talk about Rica's favorite disease: Diabetes! (1/2 kidding). Joining us is Dr. Erick Mendoza, an Endocrinologist and advocate for Diabetes Health, as they discuss the "Kontrolado Ko Diabetes Ko" campaign and it's importance to promoting Diabetes awareness and working together with the people in our life to control living with it (or preventing it!).
This episode hits home for Rica who has been living with Type 2 Diabetes, and also for JC who eats like he wants to contract it. An eye-opening listen to say the least!
