Show Notes

Episode #701

In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin is asked by Alka - why do we keep choosing the wrong people every time and if love difficult?

Ashdin points out two reasons for this - one is because we haven't evolved in the course of our last relationship and our new relationship, second is that often we don't learn from our past, and thus history keeps repeating itself.

Ashdin's solution to this asking ourselves what we need to do to change ourselves and attract the people we want in our lives. The other solution is to learn from our past and make sure history doesn't repeat itself.
