The mind and the body have a connection. And the body is a great feedback device- it checks into emotions and communicates to you if there is an issue. We often misinterpret these signals as mere physical ailments and pop pills but there is a possibility that these symptoms point to an underlying mental-emotional issue. 

In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin is joined by Sneha Shah & Shashank Gupta, Directors of ISRA, to enlighten us about psychosomatic disorders and how can one identify them and solve them. They tell us about their transformation and realization journey, what emotions are and how they affect the body if unprocessed, the kind of signals given by the body that indicate an underlying psychosomatic issue, and ways to address them.
