He further explains how we can approach these moments. Why decluttering is great for coming out of these moments, and we should constantly ask the questions 'why' and 'might?'. He talks about how the past does not define the future, only the choices we make will define it, and sometime these rock bottom moments are just transitions. Also, speaking in front of people is not his career, but his purpose. Ashdin asks Alex how did he train the brain to switch to thinking about growth, and how change is always good.
