Narcissism is an epidemic; as per reports, this personality trait was recorded in 12% of the population in 1963 which grew to almost 80% in 1992 among adolescents.
In the last week's episode of The Habit Coach podcast, Ashdin shared tips on how to deal with Narcissists, this week he asks us to watch out for personality traits if we are a narcissist. He further shares 2 ways to find out if you are a narcissist, by being self-aware and beginning to observe the usage of the words during your conversations.
