Show Notes

In this episode, Kushagra asks about dealing with his brother's sudden death from a cardiac arrest, being diagnosed with PTSD, and having developed a fear of dying.

Ashdin asks him to pass through all the stages of grief which will help him process the situation. He also asks him to understand the difference between heart pain and anxiety, and explains how, often, things like heartburn/flatulence/overconsumption of caffeine can feel like anxiety as well. In order to fix that, firstly he needs to take care of his health and post that, think of the worst case scenario and put some precautions and systems in place that can take care, if in case, such a situation ever arrives.
