Show Notes

Episode #734

Funfact : Did you know that Mt. Everest is not the tallest mountain in the world? That great honour goes to Mauna Kea, which is a massive 10,200 meters tall.

Okay imagine you're climbing a mountain. With each step, you're getting closer and closer to the top. And once you reach the top, there's tears of joy and celebrations! What we don't realize that we have to walk all the way back, down to the base. However this is where we become complacent. We need to realize that when climbing a mountain, the summit is also the half-way mark - a milestone, the real journey ends when you're back to the base safely. In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin shares about the importance of climbing down the right way. Even when it comes to our lives, it's important to see things to completion - your life will change forever after that!
