Show Notes
On this special episode on #TheHabitCoach Podcast, Host Ashdin answers an interesting question from the listener - Bhavisha. She asks, 'How to control anger while we talk to anyone? For example - I personally in the heat of the moment say things that I do not mean, then after the argument I regret saying and I feel like punching myself. I really want to help to change this habit of saying things that I don't mean while arguing with parents, siblings or friends. I fear losing the other person due to this toxic habit of mine.'
Ashdin explains 3 important things while dealing with anger issues. He further shares why anger is a useless emotion and how to deal with it.
