Show Notes

In this episode of The Habit Coach podcast, Ashdin Doctor addresses the "busy-ness mindset," a mindset where individuals constantly feel the need to stay busy to validate their worth. It highlights three significant issues caused by this mindset: the inability to relax and find inner peace, a tendency to seek problems to solve, leading to self-sabotage, and the adverse impact on one's health and well-being. Sharing the solution to this habit, he suggests to identify and acknowledge this mindset, followed by eliminating unproductive, time-consuming activities from one's life to regain a sense of freedom and calm.

We will meet you thrice a week- Monday, Wednesday & Friday on YouTube and all audio streaming platforms.
