Did you know that the word 'Amen' has stayed relatively the same for thousands and thousands of years?
In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin gives us the history of the word 'Amen' which means 'may it be so', and how one should be careful of the words they use because more often they tend to manifest. He asks us to avoid negative sentences, or use self deprecating humor to deal with situations but instead use more positive language to navigate situations and put out good stuff into the universe so that in case it decides to listen to us and say 'Amen', it's the good things that happen.
