He explains why the snooze duration is 9 minutes and the negative impact of snoozing on sleep quality and productivity. To break this habit, he suggests placing the phone away from the bed, forcing you to get up to turn off the alarm and immediately splashing water on your face to start the day with more energy and purpose.
