In part 2, Dean the problem with the current system that is not bringing dignity humanity and redemption to those who have been behind bars. He talks about the tensions that come leading in this situation, and how to lead with justice and mercy.
Dean also shares some of the reforms that are being instituted and how art, music, and the local church are making a positive impact.
