Three of the organisations that he has been part of have been ranked among the Top 10 “Best Places to Work”, and one of them ranked #1 during his tenure with them.Iniyan was designated as the Global HR Director for an organisation that was ranked among the Top 5 “Fastest growing organisations in India”, when he decided to step out of the corporate world and enter the world of Entrepreneurship. Iniyan did this to follow his primary passion, to help youngsters to reach their fullest potential.Iniyan has a very practical approach to business situations and shares his perspectives on multiple social platforms as Common Sense Entrepreneur.He earned MBA in HR from Bharathiar University and graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology
