Vishnudas Kunjibettu  is an IT professional with 25+ years of global experience, having worked in India, Singapore and the US. 

In this time, he has developed high performing teams in Fortune 250 organizations like Microsoft, GE and Monsanto.

He is known for developing leaders in the organization and helping in organic growth. He has led & delivered successful cross functional , cross geographical projects  like Career Path,  leadership coaching programs, Technical Capability, Reverse Mentoring, People Engagement.

Vishnu has also been Program Manager/COE Leader for complex projects in the areas of Enterprise Commerce, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Infrastructure, CRM and ERP for covering budgeting, planning, staffing, execution, profitability, client management & risk management.

In his current role as a Technical Delivery Manager in Microsoft, Vishnu leads a team of consultants who focus on Digital Transformation for customers.
