If you’ve ever held back from talking about the benefits of counselling because you’re afraid of making promises you can’t guarantee, this one’s for you.

It makes sense. You’re an ethical counsellor, and counselling isn’t a quick fix. But the problem is that potential clients need some reassurance before they take that first step.

They’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, maybe even hopeless. They want to believe counselling can help, but they’re not sure. And if your marketing is vague or filled with clinical jargon, they’ll move on.
