Forrest Neal is back after a few years to talk about Holistic Therapy and how much meditation can help in many different ways. We chat about getting off meds, using various levels of mindfulness, the future of health, the Serotonin theory of depression, breakthrough treatments, sweat lodges, and the healing paradox. Will psychedelics be as effective as assumed? We also chat about the Aha moment, our cataclysmic past, changing the world, working on yourself and questions your experiences.
