Show Notes

Rachel Faulkner Brown, Author, Speaker and Podcaster shares her story of loss with us today. Rachel was a widow at the young age of 24 and again just 7 years later. She candidly shares her most vulenerable moments. Rachel teaches us what it means to be emotionally healthy and how being a performer of her faith and placing a spirtual bandaid on her grief left her open for a path of unforgiveness. She did find love again but this time what she and her husband had to face was something she was not familiar with and brought her grief fast and furious to the surface. She wants us to learn from what she could have done better. Rachels spiritual walk is inspiring and I can't wait for you to hear how God has paved the way for her to use her pain for purpose like only He can do.
