Show Notes

Talking about disability at work isn't something new. But how has the conversation changed over the years? And is it changing fast enough?

There are 14.1 million disabled people in the UK. That's one in five. And it's something that can affect us all - whether personally, or through friends, family, and colleagues.

The world of work is changing rapidly. From the spaces we work in, to our hiring and recruitment processes – the workplace needs to be inclusive by design. Especially with more than 4.4 million disabled people in work in the UK. And with one in three still feeling that there is prejudice against them.

So, what's the impact of hybrid working on people with disabilities? Will this make our workplaces more inclusive? And if you're not in an office job, will anything really change at all?
