Show Notes
Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) will play an important role in fighting climate change. Learn from Andy Weathers, President of Arm Alternative Energy about how RNG fits within the circular economy. On episode 155 of The Green Insider powered by ERENEWABLE we discuss the different feedstocks that can be used to make RNG.
By using the methane coming from landfills to dairy farms for the manure, RNG helps reduce the carbon footprint for the customer. Other topics we cover are Incentive Programs, Greenhouse Gas, LCFS, CCUS, Landfill Diversion, Net Zero and using Carbon Intensity (CI) as a currency.
The CI score is very important to all RNG projects, we discuss why it is important. Additionally we discuss why people should buy RNG voluntarily.
