Show Notes

This week on The Green Insider’s Follower Friday our guest is from DLA Piper, Ms. Deanna Reitman, Head of Commodities.

Hear Deanna tell all about the carbon markets from the carbon credit being created, validated, verified, and put into a registry. She goes on to talk about it following under the CFTC guidance and what that means. At the end of the day, carbon and carbon credits are a commodity. This episode offers a bit of a different angle to this market.

Deanna and I had the good fortune to meet at the October Commodities People conference in Houston.
