If we're honest we all know society as a whole are on our phones too much. Recent research has shown that this is leading to anxiety and depression in teens, mostly because of what they are allowed to see on their phones. We will dive into how cell phone use at school is not a good thing and how it affects learning. This will be a multipart episode.
