WHEN THE DOJ CAN GET AWAY WITH TELLING U.S. SENATORS THAT THEY WON’T COOPERATE, KEVIN EVANS ASKS WHAT WILL THEY TELL THE REST OF US?

Attorney Kevin Evans decided to file FOIA requests for all documents concerning gifts and payments to the Biden family after watching Biden in the 2020 Presidential Debate.  He thought Biden’s denial about his son’s business dealings sounded too much like Clinton.  He’s no fan of Trump’s but he is an outraged citizen.  The FBI admitted to Evans they have 400 “potentially responsive" documents and his FOIA is still in the legal system while he awaits a judge’s ruling.  Evans points out that judges rule Trump has to turn over tax records but Biden can keep his records under seal at the Univ. of Delaware.  He says it’s interesting Bill Barr and DOJ assigned the probe of Hunter Biden to the U.S. Attorney in Delaware.  The optics are horrible.     GUEST:  KEVIN EVANS, COLORADO ATTORNEY See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
