The Mar-a-Lago search warrant was so broad and general that it’s breathtaking to see how many liberties in the Bill of Rights can be violated at once, almost like a checklist. Clark says then-AG Bill Barr told a Philadelphia U.S. Attorney not to investigate election fraud in 2020 even though he had a significant election irregularity case. A Trump appointee gave sworn testimony that in a meeting with Barr she was told there would be no significant efforts to investigate the election because a criminal investigation takes too long and it’s the states’ responsibility. Clark says it’s a federal responsibility to make sure any Presidential election is in compliance with the Constitution, and U.S. and state laws.
