Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans filed a FOIA request suing the government for any documents related to gifts or payments from China, Russia or Ukraine to the Bidens. Evans says the DOJ wants the case thrown out because the Bidens’ private interests outweigh the public’s right to know. The FBI admitted publicly that as many as 400 documents existed and then tried to say their position is to neither “admit nor deny the existence” of the documents. In light of the IRS Whistleblowers’ testimony Evans says the 5 year Biden investigation was corrupt and preordained from the beginning. Evans says all of this has become so bad, the stench so overwhelming that the mainstream media is struggling to cover for the Bidens. Evans believes the government could still bring a RICO charge. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act applies to the Bidens’ shell companies where money was dumped then illegally wired to as many as nine family members. The statute of limitations would not apply if “predicate acts” by the Bidens of money laundering and wire fraud are found within the last four years, which carries years of jail time. Chris Tigani is a Republican businessman in a very deep Blue state. Back in 2007, Tigani says Sen. The House Oversight Committee’s Whistleblowers gave damaging testimony on Joe Biden’s active involvement in Hunter’s business deals, that he knew what Hunter was doing and one Biden’s Department of Justice interfered with the IRS investigation of Hunter. Congressman Andy Biggs says anyone with an open mind listening to the Whistleblowers heard that Joe Biden was part Hunter’s business dealings. Biggs says that NY Dem Rep Dan Goldman slipped up and prompted IRS agent Gary Shapley to state that Joe Biden showed up at meetings, that Joe Biden did talks about business deals with Hunter. Biggs says Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer has agreed to testify. No one but Congress has ever investigated the Bidens. House Oversight is now investigating their serious crimes and the cover-ups.  On the eve of the IRS Whistleblowers’ testimony, the DOJ started a new probe of Trump. Rep. Steven Sund, Former Capitol Police Chief begged and pleaded with the Pentagon to send troops to the Capitol. They refused for hours—troops didn’t arrive until the clash was ending. Intelligence told Sund it would be a low risk demonstration, but Pelosi and Gen. Rep. Congressman Cory Mills says America and our military need to stay strong and not be poisoned by Sec. Sen.
