The courts in Manhattan know this is an injustice but no judge in NY is going to be the guy who walks around town with people pointing at him saying, that’s the man who freed Donald Trump. Dershowitz says a robe doesn’t give you courage. And no NYC judge would have the courage to throw this indictment out, even though they know it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. Our judicial system is getting worse because future leaders of the Bar, future judges, future professors are now at Stanford, Yale and Georgetown Law Schools stopping people from speaking, saying the Constitution doesn’t matter because it’s a white, male, patriarchal document and should be ignored. We’re seeing our next generation of leaders today in elite law schools being taught to disvalue the Constitution and to put politics, ideology and partisanship above it. Dershowitz remains a Democrat but says his biggest enemies are not Conservatives but the Radical Left who are trying to push the party into a woke progressive extremism.
