NY Attorney Robert Costello reminds everyone Michael Cohen’s newest book is entitled “Revenge.” Bragg’s indictment has problems with the Statute of Limitations. There are problems with the allegations that turned misdemeanors into felonies. There are problems with the selection of the Judge in this case. Costello says it’s hardly a coincidence that this Judge was the Judge in the Trump Organization case, but he was also on Steve Bannon’s case. It’s like getting hit by lightning three times while standing in the same place. Trump faces 2 Special Counsel investigations, 2 cases in NY and 1 in Georgia. Costello asks isn’t it interesting that no cases are being brought by a Republican D.A. or Republican U.S. Attorney? The lawfare objective here is to make the process the punishment. They don’t have to convict you of anything. All they have to do is make allegations. Everyone associated with Donald Trump, every lawyer, every accountant, everybody is being investigated.
