Sometimes when people ask me what I do, I go for the quick answer and tell them that I make videos on YouTube. The response to that is usually a surprised expression, followed by this question wrapped in over-the-top excitement: "Oh! So you're a YouTuber?"
Today I want to set the record straight. I am not a YouTuber, and I don't think I ever will be. I believe there is a clear distinction between making videos on YouTube to generate leads for your online business, and being a YouTuber. As an online business owner, I don't play by the YouTuber rules. I would even go so far as to say I break some of them on a regular basis. But what I get instead, has literally changed the face of my business...
