Welcome all to episode #19! It’s that time of year again: seed sowing time! We will talk a little bit about Spring gardening and what we planted here in the garden. We are really passionate about growing your own food to stay healthy and encourage sustainability in these times. Also, a couple of pro tips on starting your own seeds. Lastly, a quick update of what's happening here in Tucson as we enter Holy Week during our Lenten Ceremonies, and the upcoming Tribal elections.

Custom seed starting mix:
1) 1/2 Happy Frog Potting Soil & 1/2 Coco Coir. (no Coco Coir use Peat Moss)
or
2) Compost, screed to an even texture & 1/2 Coco Coir and a little Perlite.
