Loma De Bacum is one the original Yaqui villages located in Sonora Mexico, and every year there is a pilgrimage to Loma for the fiesta de La Virgen Del Camino. Yaqui people from the U.S. and Mexico make the sacramental journey to Loma for the fiesta. 

In this episode we will take you on our journey from Tucson/Guadalupe to Loma de Bacum and you will hear 1st hand stories from our tour guides about the Yaquis in the Philippines and Morocco, our visit to the 3 pueblos, as well our trek down to the river waters of Rio Yaqui. 

Finally, the danza of the Matachines dancing around the maypole in honor of the Virgen Del Camino.
