TGLP Crew is getting into the holiday season! The holiday season means the end of the year is coming. We continue the conversation of the four questions you should be asking yourself to prepare for the new year. This week we ask, "Am I healthy?". As we dive into the question, we consider our mental, emotional, and physical health. It's important to check in on our health, have that conversation with the people around you, and create the space for others to do the same.
