The reality is we can increase our capacity to perform at higher levels by developing our mental strength, which has been demonstrated scientifically to be achievable for all people. However, it does involve action on our part and not sitting passively and just telling herself to be mentally tougher. There are exercises and techniques we can use and the sooner we engage with them the faster we will see an improvement on the course.
