Every year, some golfers buy the latest technology to help them play better, while others elect to play with the same set of clubs for 20 years to an acceptable standard. So what is the right approach?

Whilst manufacturers announce their latest innovation to help golfers at all levels improve. The more cynical amongst us may say if these claims were actual, year after year, then why are we not playing significantly better golf than 25 years ago?
