Plus, although the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a 7-5 record, the partnership between Bruce Arians and Tom Brady isn’t working and one of them needs to leave the franchise next offseason. Anthony Lynn continues to make terrible in-game decisions for the Los Angeles Chargers, the Las Vegas Raiders continue to struggle, and the Brian Flores isn’t considering Tua Tagovailoa’s durability.
