Not only were we lucky enough to have Gavin Schrock join us as a guest co-host, but also Jon Murphy the Founder and Managing Director of GoGeomatics Canada and GeoIgnite; Canada’s national geospatial conference. Such a great and insightful conversation with our new best friend from North of the border. Just a few of the items discussed include the challenges of promoting geomatics across Canada and abroad, engaging the next generation, how the geospatial professions are viewed differently across the globe, beers vs coffee and guidance from a geospatial career coach (Jon).
