Let us start out by simply saying that we are so blessed and humbled to have the opportunity to have candid conversations with people like Dr. Nettleman. That said, time to stir things up! The cast this week included the usual suspects along with Peta Cox and Nik Schlosser. The different perspectives made this a great conversation that touched on topics like the "numbers", addressing an aging profession, the effects innovation has on a profession, accessibility/portability of licensure, how arrogance & pride leads to building walls, competing professions, "we've always done it that way" and the importance of always "sharpening your blade"!
