Between 1989 and 2022, Disney's impact on America (as a percentage of the GDP) grew a whopping fifty-fold. The effects are pretty impressive, especially with the 14- to 24-year-old crowd. But what is the solution for parents? Go to a church that warns its members about Disney and assorted media that is geared towards stumbling children? What about your children interacting with other neighborhood children or church children whose families do not share your media standards?
