Europe and Asia have rushed into bonds yielding negative interest rates — some $13 trillion of these bonds. 55% of the world economy is moving towards negative interest rates. We’ve never been this far down the Keynesian road before. We examine the life and record of John Maynard Keynes, the man behind the $22 trillion of US federal debt, and the rest of it in Europe and Japan.
