Returning for another year at Utah, Sydney Soloski has major goals that she hopes to accomplish both individually and as a team!
Today, the 4-time All-American Gymnast for Utah will be sharing her story with us about her journey through gymnastics! There are a lot of ups and downs, but she's learned a lot throughout her life and today she breaks it down for us.
Learn about her comeback story from injuries and how she was able to accomplish big things and recover both physically and mentally from those injuries. Find out about the team aspect of gymnastics and how that goes together with the individual aspect of the sport.
We'll also get to hear her stories of her favorite moments so far at Utah as well as who some of her best mentors have been throughout her life!
