In baseball, it's important you train mentally as much as you train physically. Especially when it comes to the skill of "hitting." A player who trains themselves mentally, to be prepared for various situations before they even happen, typically will have more success on the field.
Diamyn Hall was the first collegiate Mental Game Development Coordinator (Wright State University) and he has taken that skillset to his online business as he coaches many players throughout the world on the mental side of hitting!
