Show Notes
In today's episode I have a conversation with Ken Costa. Ken has been a global investment banker for over 40 years and was the Chair of UBS Investment Bank and Lazard International. He is currently chairman of Helios Fairfax, the largest private equity group in Africa.
Ken is an author, known for his titles such as ‘know your why’, ‘god at work’ and his most recent book ‘the 100 trillion dollar wealth transfer’- which is the book I was interested to talk to him about in this episode.
Ken was a wealth of financial experience under his belt and I enjoyed talking to him about the generational divide that exists and how he thinks it is possible to overcome it.
