Warnings from experts that extreme weather events will become more common have so far not dissuaded those living in these beautiful cliffside homes from moving.
In fact, some of these homes were only built recently.
So, why are people allowed to build in these areas? Is it time for the rules to change? And will the insurance sector stop taking on the risk of covering these homes?
