Grayson Murphy is a pro runner for Saucony, living in Utah. She is a two-time trail running world champion in 2019 and 2023. In addition to being among the best short course athletes for several years, Grayson was one of the first to be a true crossover runner, racing on the road, track, and trail. She's also an entrepreneur, building a stationery business as she pursues running at the highest level. No matter what she does, Grayson brings a sense of professionalism and intention, contributing to her amazing success. This is her first appearance on the podcast.
