Amelia Boone is a longtime pro athlete living in Colorado. Amelia is one of the most decorated OCR athletes ever, winning four World Championships across Spartan and Tough Mudder. She has also had a decorated trail running career over many years. A few weeks ago, Amelia published a newsletter titled "Past My Prime," which explores aging as a pro athlete, yet finding joy as a lifelong practitioner of sport.
