Alex Borsuk is a nutritionist and sports dietician based in Portland, OR. She's also an ultrarunner, rock climber, mountaineer, ski mountaineer, cyclist, and overall amazingly versatile outdoor adventure athlete. She's a self-described weekend warrior who balances a full-time job with an insanely impressive resume of athletic achievement.
