The trial is underway for a Nevada politician accused of murdering an investigative journalist. In September 2022, 69-year-old Jeff German was found stabbed to death outside his home. Days later, 47-year-old Robert Telles was arrested in connection to the crime. He has pleaded not guilty to murder, but if convicted, could face life in prison.
