The Duggar family’s dark history repeated itself when Joseph Duggar, child of the "19 Kids and Counting" reality TV family, was taken into custody after he was accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl six years ago during a vacation in Florida.
Days after Joseph's arrest, his wife, Kendra Duggar, was also taken into custody. The couple now faces a string of new joint charges in Arkansas, including four counts each of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment.
Prosecutor and seasoned criminal defense attorney, Mark Eiglarsh, joins to discuss the overlapping charges in Arkansas and Florida.
