Evening Edition: Ukraine Eliminates Russian General In Moscow

On Tuesday, Russian general Igor Kirillov was killed via an explosive device planted within his apartment. Ukrainian Security Services have since claimed credit for the assassination, calling Kirillov “a war criminal and entirely legitimate target.”
